Wanaka Holiday Homes offers a personalised service to meet the individual needs of holiday home owners and holidaymakers. We specialise in marketing, cleaning and caring for holiday homes in Wanaka, Albert Town and the Cardrona Valley. Founded in 2008 by local resident Heather Kahl, Wanaka Holiday Homes started with just one property and is now the leading holiday home management firm in Wanaka. We work with a significant base of happy customers, many of whom are repeat clients.

Our fees
We charge:
An annual listing fee; this includes a silver tier listing on holidayhouses.co.nz
A flat commission per booking, including handling credit card transactions and international transfers
A flat rate per booking for linen, cleaning and consumables, customised to each property.
We do not charge for call-outs to the property; we are here to help you, as well as your guests, have a great experience.
