Great spot. Easy accurate instructions to check in. Car park is in basement carpark. Lovely and warm apartment and ability to wash clothes. Bathroom heater and heated towel rail was a pleasure. For those more unfit; Need to go up some stairs before arriving at front door. Only a few blocks from main drag. But return trip is up a slight hill. Would return. We wish we could stay longer but had a medical issue requiring return home early.

Lovely unit, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and very nice appliances. The apartment is so close to town, walkable in 5 minutes. Lots of great communication with the host, and very easy to check in and out. We had a lovely time, thank you!

The apartment was great. it was clean, fresh and in a great location. the area is quiet and you can hear the nearby stream that runs close by.
The Eco products were nice, and happy they were supplied as it was requested they be used.
There were no dish cloths or tea towels, making it a little tricky when tidying up the kitchen.

we stayed in apartment 114, which was spotless and super convenient for a family of four. The appliances were all modern and the carpet smelt very new still.
check-in was a breeze with clear instructions. The car park was on the basement level and was quite easy to get in and out of.
the beds were very comfortable and the towels were nice and soft. you do need to carry the suitcases up a few steps (about 12 to 15).
Being at the back of the block of apartments, we always felt safe and quite private.
it's very close to town and there are a number of food-trucks that are set up a couple of streets away, which we ate at a number of times while there. the lakefeont is probably 15 mins walk.

Wanaka is an amazing place. The unit was a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and had some great walks from the unit. I would thoroughly recommend it

We had a wonderful stay. We made a last minute choice to head to Wānaka for the night, so we booked later in the day. Heather was able to accommodate and got us in right away. The apartment was perfectly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the location and being able to walk in to town so easily. I’d recommend to anyone staying in the area!

of all the apartments in Queenstown and Wanaka we have stayed this was by far the nicest. It was super sunny when we arrived, had everything you needed so a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

A family of 4 (9 and 5 year old) the outdoor area was great , not feeling stuck like a hotel - the sauna was a great little bonus
The only thing I would mention and honestly was such a small thing when all the good things outweigh everything - not a lot of counterspace or space to keep suitcases etc and still have space to move
Walking distance to town which was great! car park and distance to the apartment was great - would definitely stay again

This is a great location. A couple of minutes walk into the centre of the retail area. A few more minutes and you are at the lake with many activities.
The apartment is superb. Parking spot close.
Totally recommend a stay here.

We loved how we could walk right into town from the house. Lots to do right in the immediate area and down by the lake. The house was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in during our two months in NZ. Super clean, beautifully decorated, and with everything we might need. An extra perk was having Netflix for the evenings and the provided toiletries was also a nice touch. Beds were comfy and we always are happy to have blackout curtains. Underground parking was also great since it kept the car nice and cool in the heat of the day. We would have loved to stay even longer!

Great location! We didn’t have a water or mountain view but had a nice garden view. At first we thought it might be small for 3 adults but it ended up just fine. We could walk to everything! It was fun shopping and going out to eat. We also loved the beach! We spent Christmas in Wanaka and we were able to cook a big breakfast and dinner in the kitchen! Fully equipped with everything! We just loved it! Thanks!

An extremely comfortable apartment, beautifully appointed. access was a little tricky--quite a few stairs, even with a lift, which was a bit difficult, and I think it would be worth installing some handrails on the front steps.

This is a great little 2 bedroom apartment within a complex. It was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Heather communicated with us well and have precious instructions. Easy walk to town, restaurants etc. would stay again.

The apartment is modern, well-stacked and in a great location with private, underground parking.
There's a really cool area two roads away with street food vans and the town is probably under 10mins walk.
We got a bit cold at night when the temperature dropped as there is only one heater in the open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room. One of the beds had a heated blanket and if all of them did, it would be nice and cosy
