Location, views, proximity to lake, pretty much everything was good. Alexa was mentioned in the information book, but the charger was missing and the other Bluetooth speakers seems to does not connect to phone. But not a biggie as we had our own tiny speaker.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in Wanaka and felt right at home. The walk into town was perfect and we loved the view!! We highly recommend the walk to Rippon Winery’s Cellar Door, but make sure to book your tasting in advance so as not to be disappointed, although the view alone is worth the effort!!

We loved staying in this apartment. It was close to local shops and the lake, yet quiet and private. Warm, modern and close to town. Has everything you need for a long stay.
Really nice, modern apartment with good appliances and a good shower. Nice and close to town and great views of the surrounding mountains. We couldn't hear any noise from the neighbours (one of my concerns being an apartment).The place was nice and warm and cozy. I found the bed very soft and after a week it was a bit hard on my back. Just a personal preference though. Some people love soft beds.

Fabulous stay, amazing view and close to town. Definitely recommend the sauna downstairs. Unfortunately lost a star because the main bed was too soft/ uncomfortable for us, we both kept rolling to the centre and found it hard to sleep. Other than that it was a great spot and we’d recommend staying there.

We had an awesome holiday in a luxury apartment in Wanaka, glorious weather for views and cycling.
The apartment was self catering, so we made our own breakfasts. We loved the views to lake and mountains.It was very easy to pick up the key. The lift and underground parking were very convenient. The heat pump was great.The TV was clear and very nice to have Netflicks. The cooking facilities were very good, expelair, roomy fridge and freezer.Laundry facilities were very good, we stayed five days so used machine and dryer. Nice to sit outside on deck. Our E-bikes were secure in a corner park in the underground park. Rubbish bags and recycling provided. Plenty of towels. One of the wardrobe sliding doors jammed, but we put it back on the glider and fine.

Such a comfortable apartment. Well stocked. 5 minute walk into town and coffee. Good parking. Modern building. Given how noisy Wanaka can be,205 Belvedere Apts are in a nicely secluded spot I think it is not a good apartment for children. That is only my opinion. Really nothing not to like.

A great comfortable place in central Wanaka, only downside was there is not adequate bike storage unless you don’t mind your bike not locked up. The few suggestions we were given on where to put bikes on the property didn’t allow them to be locked with a standard bike lock. We were (understandably) not allowed to leave bikes on deck in apartment. Other than this, was a wonderful stay and Heather was very helpful when I left something behind and needed it returned.

Great appartment with all the amenities you could wish for! Very short stroll to town and beautiful views of the lake and the mountains. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there! And just info for those who like to sleep in the dark or have children who like to sleep in a brighter room: The double bedroom has blockout curtains, but the twin room only white blinds, so it is quite bright at night due to the lights outside. Great appartment with all the amenities you could wish for! Very short stroll to town and beautiful views of the lake and the mountains. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there! And just info for those who like to sleep in the dark or have children who like to sleep in a brighter room: The double bedroom has blockout curtains, but the twin room only white blinds, so it is quite bright at night due to the lights outside.

Wonderful location and view. It was the perfect base for hiking, lake adventure, heading to the pub or heading to the movies. The place has all of the amenities you would need to cook meals at home.
Only down side is the queen bedroom is very warm at night in the summer. However, they have done their best by including multiple fans.
I’d recommend and stay again if we found ourselves in Wanaka again.

Clean, very handy to town literally a 5 min walk to the centre. Great having the parking spot especially as we visited in the peak of new year period and parking is terrible in town at that time of year. Bring a fan (if able too) if visiting in summer as rooms can get quite hot, if there is no wind.

Thanks for your feedback. I have purchase a high quality cooling device for the lounge and there are fans for the bedrooms too. Certainly no need to bring your own!

Excellent place to stay - a very short walk to the middle of Wanaka. The apartment is cosy, comfortable and peaceful. It is not a huge space but it has everything that you need (and probably more) after a day on the slopes; it is well insulated and heated, the hot water is almost instant, and the bed is extremely comfortable.

Lovely clean apartment. Beds were super comfortable with heaters and quality bedding. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location and lovely view from the balcony. Had an issue with the lock on the front door and when contacted was easily dealt with. Couldn't get the heater to work in the bathroom which made it quite cold but that could of just been us not knowing how to work it. Overall a lovely apartment and we would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was such a lovely, clean and cozy appartment to explore surrounding Wanaka from.
It is a truly modern space with all the conveniences you could hope for.
As they say in the listing, you do have to pay extra for wifi- $40 lasted the 2 of us on all our devices the whole week, with streaming.
Bedding was ample and comfy. Living area and kitchen well equipped. Check in and check out a breeze.
You have a car spot of your own in the garage. The town centre is a short 5 minute walk down the road.

Terrific spot! Easily walkable (1-2 blocks) to the town center, grocery and lake. The place had everything we needed for an easy stay and check-in and -out was a piece of cake with the lock box. The washer and dryer made our stay even better - we started out the next phase of our trip clean and dry :) We would recommend it immediately to friends and would stay here again over anywhere else if we return.

Amazing apartment 5 minutes walk to town and supermarket. Fantastic view straight out to mountains - Roys Peak and down to lake. Everything we needed for a 4 night stay to feel a bit like a local (we are kiwis!).
Communication and checkin all very seamless and easy. Would recommend for couple or with kids. May be too small for 2 couples as bedrooms/bathroom quite small
