Wow! Wow! Wow! What a place! Heather's place is amazing. We loved everything, from the two patio areas, with the outdoor heaters; the open dining, living and kitchen catered for us and our family. The bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs were a bonus as a family member doesn't do stairs well. A VERY short stroll (5-10 minutes) into town, to restaurants, food trucks, New World supermarket and a liquor store just a "stones throw" away. A very peaceful neighborhood, and yet only 2-3 blocks away from the main street. A magical view of the mountains and the lake - we will be back. Thank you so much!

What a fantastic home for an adult family snow adventure. We loved our time at Central Vista and would happily do it again. The proximity to town was great - the views awe inspiring ... it was fantastic to have a large balcony with lots of comfy furnishings and heaters above your head. That made for a great "at home" Apre Ski space to catch up on the days adventures We Happily Highly Recommend Central Vista!!!! Thanx Heather

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Wanaka! The house is very new, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The heaters kept us warm and cozy during the winter nights, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking — which made it feel like a home away from home. The lake view was breathtaking, and the peaceful setting made it a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. It’s only about a 30-minute drive to Cardrona ski area, which was super convenient for our ski trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wanaka — we’d love to come back again!

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. So close to town, walkable. We loved the way the house was laid out, with the four bedrooms. We were a group of four women, and to each have our own room with a queen size bed set the bar for how we will always travel now. The upstairs was fantastic with great views, honestly one of the best Air bnb I have ever stayed in. It was so relaxing and peaceful, and just lovely to be in. Thank you.

Terrific location in close proximity to the lake and surrounds, well within walking distance. The house is very new, spacious and well laid out with magic views from the living area and balcony. Can comfortably accommodate 4 x couples.

Doesn’t happen very often but this place was even better than it looked on the website! Every detail was thought of - so roomy, well equipped, thermally perfect (heating on each deck allowed us to sit outside well into the evenings), views - really happy with it.

A great house for a stay in Wanaka. Excellent location, just a very short walk to the shops, cafes, bars and waterfront. The house is very comfortable, with wonderful views and well equipped if you prefer to dine in. We would definitely consider booking again when we go back to the same area.

Really nice home and location. We have stayed in several airbnb's in Wanaka and this was our favorite. Quiet, clean, modern, close to town, and very responsive to problems (washer had some issues and was fixed within a few hours). Also appreciate the ability to rent a portacot/booster seat directly from them.

This place was fabulous and even better than the photos showed! The space was large, well insulated and with all the facilities. Easily housing 7 of us without feeling on top of each other at all. The location was walking distance from town and Heather was really responsive facilitating an early check in.
