Wonderful
The location is incredible. The open plan layout with decks either end was a bonus. It is really well maintained, clean. Great parking also. The only thing would be no opening windows in the bedrooms which are at ground level.

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a place! Heather's place is amazing. We loved everything, from the two patio areas, with the outdoor heaters; the open dining, living and kitchen catered for us and our family. The bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs were a bonus as a family member doesn't do stairs well. A VERY short stroll (5-10 minutes) into town, to restaurants, food trucks, New World supermarket and a liquor store just a "stones throw" away. A very peaceful neighborhood, and yet only 2-3 blocks away from the main street. A magical view of the mountains and the lake - we will be back. Thank you so much!

What a fantastic home for an adult family snow adventure. We loved our time at Central Vista and would happily do it again.
The proximity to town was great - the views awe inspiring ... it was fantastic to have a large balcony with lots of comfy furnishings and heaters above your head. That made for a great "at home" Apre Ski space to catch up on the days adventures

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Wanaka! The house is very new, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The heaters kept us warm and cozy during the winter nights, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking — which made it feel like a home away from home.
The lake view was breathtaking, and the peaceful setting made it a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. It’s only about a 30-minute drive to Cardrona ski area, which was super convenient for our ski trip.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wanaka — we’d love to come back again!

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. So close to town, walkable. We loved the way the house was laid out, with the four bedrooms. We were a group of four women, and to each have our own room with a queen size bed set the bar for how we will always travel now. The upstairs was fantastic with great views, honestly one of the best Air bnb I have ever stayed in.
It was so relaxing and peaceful, and just lovely to be in. Thank you.

Doesn’t happen very often but this place was even better than it looked on the website! Every detail was thought of - so roomy, well equipped, thermally perfect (heating on each deck allowed us to sit outside well into the evenings), views - really happy with it.

A great house for a stay in Wanaka. Excellent location, just a very short walk to the shops, cafes, bars and waterfront. The house is very comfortable, with wonderful views and well equipped if you prefer to dine in. We would definitely consider booking again when we go back to the same area.

Really nice home and location. We have stayed in several airbnb's in Wanaka and this was our favorite. Quiet, clean, modern, close to town, and very responsive to problems (washer had some issues and was fixed within a few hours). Also appreciate the ability to rent a portacot/booster seat directly from them.

Everything. Would be great to get some pedestal fans for the bedrooms downstairs. Very hot and stuffy (we stayed in mid-Jan) with no aircon and to get fresh air, your only option is to open the sliding doors (on street level), which we did not want to do at night for security reasons.

Paradise in Wanaka.
Everything, absolutely stunning views. Amazing location and very clean and well insulated house. Every single thing you could want. No it isn’t cheap, but it is very luxurious and offers good value for money. We will 100% be back. If I was nit picking, I would say it might be nice to have some firmer pillows and larger coffee cups. That shows how amazing this place is that I’m sooking about pillows and size of the coffee mugs! It really is the perfect holiday home!

This place was fabulous and even better than the photos showed! The space was large, well insulated and with all the facilities. Easily housing 7 of us without feeling on top of each other at all.
The location was walking distance from town and Heather was really responsive facilitating an early check in.

Superb!!
This property was amazing it has everything from tea coffee and condiments as well as a few other bits in the store cupboard but bring your own milk, it even has laundry powder to use for washing your laundry. The views were amazing from the top deck as this is an upside down house. The locations is fantastic as its basically a 5 minute walk to the lake front where you have so many cafes and restaurants to choose from. I would recommend booking a few restaurants before hand as they do get booked quickly. nothing

The view was amazing. The house was roomy. The beds were very comfortable. We had all the appliances needed. The shampoo bottles said certain ingredients but pretty sure they were refilled with a cheaper alternative.

Beautiful house. High dice furnishings and fit out. Excellent amenities like underfloor heating and a drying room outside fur ski gear.
