This is a very well equipped modern apartment within easy walking distance of the centre of Wanaka . The apartment is in pristine condition and tastefully furnished . All kitchen and laundry appliances are first rate. I very much enjoyed my 2 week stay in this apartment

We had a wonderful few nights at this apartment. The space was tidy and well presented. The location was excellent - lakeside views and a walkable distance to town. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. The host was accomodating with our early check in request

Lovely apartment in a convenient location, right on the waterfront. The pool was great for the kids on rainy days, and the underfloor heating in the bathrooms was a nice addition. The host had the heating on for us when we arrived, much appreciated.

A beautiful warm apartment, easy walking distance beside the lake in to town. My partner and I stayed whilst skiing in the area and it was perfect - warm comfy bed, good showers with underfloor heating, cosy sofa with fireplace and even ski lockers to store our kit at the end of the day. Heather’s instructions pre-arrival were clear and really helpful, and self check in was easy. Would gladly stay here again next time we’re in the area

My friend and I were in desperate need of a break to get away from it all and this place in stunning Wānaka was PERFECT! Warm, welcoming, private and peaceful, with everything we needed, the full kitchen was wonderful, access to the pool and spa a definite bonus we had a great week. Allocated parking means you don't have to worry about moving the car and everything in town was walkable - a really pleasant stroll around the lake to that Wānaka tree and the town. Cannot wait to go back!

This beautiful apartment in Wanaka was perfectly situated, just a short walk to the town with stunning views of the lake. Amenities were perfect with everything that we needed available. My only regret was that we didn't get to use the pool, but that was our fault as we were too busy during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment. Communication was fantastic with suggestions for taxi transport answered promptly. Stay here, you too will love it!

Amazing location and great pool! A lovely place to spend the weekend and experience all 4 seasons! Snuggly warm during the snow with the heat pump & fire and then brilliant to be able to open the doors when the sun came out. The place actually felt bigger than it looked in the photos. Immaculately clean and with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and being so close to the park and town. We certainly hope to be back.

We loved our stay here. It is an excellent location and a very quick walk to town. The bed was comfy and everything was super clean. It is very warm and cosy. We really enjoyed the spa, pool and gym facilities. Hopefully we get to come to Wānaka again one day and we can stay here again.

We loved Wanaka for its picturesque beauty, relaxed atmosphere, great walking paths, abundance of cafes and variety of shopping options - all within walking distance of our apartment. It also offered the perfect gateway to other activities and sites of interest within the region; we enjoyed visits to Queenstown and Arrowtown, and to waterfalls and forests …. all spectacular! And no less special were the views from our lovely holiday apartment, which provided extremely comfortable accommodation for 4 adults: the beds were comfortable as was the furniture, the linen clean and crisp and heating options suited to the environment. All in all we greatly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous location and this lovely apartment.

Great location and view from the site. Easy to get to town with short walk. Was well insulated as place kept cosy even without heating during the day and warmed up quick with A/C and fire when needed. Floor heating is nice. Good to have some supplies already there like dishwashing liquid, detergent for washing machine/dishwasher and toilet paper so you don't need to buy lots of these things. We were not there to watch TV but the channels available were limited but I'm guessing this is a NZ/Wanaka thing. Access to gym, pool, spa which is part of complex is good also.

A beautiful, lush and welcoming apartment right on the lake. Felt right at home with the place offering everything we could need and more. Gorgeous furniture, plenty of heating, well equipped kitchens, very comfortable bedding and lots of special little touches. Right across from the lake, easy walk into town, incredible view of mountains, a perfect place to stay in Wanaka. The only downside was that the pool and hot tub weren't working for our stay, which was a real shame and a big part of the reason we had chosen the apartment to stay. But no fault of host, just whish we'd been informed to save our son's disappointment!

This was our first overseas trip as a family and We felt right at home from the moment we opened the doors and it had everything our family needed. Absolutely the best location in Wanaka with amazing views of the Mountains & Lake. A short walk to the main centre of Town, Cafes & Bars! Main bedroom had a Comfortable (Massive) Bed & Ensuite. Self contained kitchen with all you need..We enjoyed outside dining in the courtyard , The Pool was a short distance away with a gym & spa again with amazing views which we had to ourselves most of the time.. Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend 🤗

Wonderful stay in Wanaka. Very quick to walk into town / beach. Easy parking. Apartment was full of all the amenities you would ever need. Stayed in summer but looked like an incredible place to stay during the winter (ski and boot storage, big thick blankets and fire place). The spa was a 1 minute walk away and very clean inside. Heather’s communication and response time was excellent, made the whole booking & check-in / check out process so simple. The location is amazing, easy quick walk to the centre of Wanaka, 2 minute drive, so central and the unit was exactly what we wanted. Location was very handy. nice to have a gym and pool too. The space was sufficient though our friends staying in the Lakeside Apartments had a much larger unit and paid less for three bedrooms and a large kitchen and table for 8 than we paid for small two bedroom with a decent sized main bathroom (no tub though) and tiny ensuite. First time using a combo washer/dryer appliance - painfully slow. But everything was clean and enough insulation that we didn't need to use heat pumps at night nor electric blanket. If I hadn't seen my friend's unit and known what they paid, I would've thought it was OK value but knowing what they paid, I'd say that you should look around before booking here.

This is our first time in New Zealand and this was the first place we stayed on our trip. It was the perfect way to start. The apartment was in a great location, across the street from the lake (in particular the grebe nesting area), and a short walk from the cafe's, shops etc. It's well equipped and has everything you need. We were there for 6 nights and cooked some nights, ate out others. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
