This is a fantastic spacious property, about a 20 min walk to town and 5 mins to the lake front. Would highly recommend for a holiday in Wanaka, it can sleep a number of guests.

Location, mountain views, space, cleanliness. Everything was perfect. The laundry was in one of the bedrooms, so timing the washing got a little tricky, but not a big hassle overall.

Fantastic place to stay! Gorgeous location, 3m walk up the hill from the lakeside. Comfortable, modern, and well laid out, plenty of space for our group of 5 to hang out together or independently (I think it would easily suit a bigger group too). Three aircon / heat pump units kept it a good temperature in the height of summer, and host was very responsive. Thank you for the great stay :)

Perfect place to stay with family. Lots of room, space for adults to escape children. Great balcony to enjoy the sun and views, also lovely garden. comfy sofas and beds, real home from home. We were able to walk to town with two 5 yrolds but some may find it too far and prefer to drive. Also other lakeside walks nearby. Must visits are Puzzling World and Lavender Farm.

A great house, in a quiet location, 5 minute walk to the lake track.
It was a good size for our group of 6. We liked that the living area was upstairs to get the view of the mountains especially the sunrise on Roys Peak. Although it was Autumn, we were able to use the BBQ and outdoor dining every night with the sun keeping us warm.

A few things needed replacing and that was handled quickly.
BBQ burners rusted out, and a few handles, lights, and toilet seat needs to be done before other guests arrive.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Heather’s place. The location is fantastic, a quiet suburb but just a short walk across the waterfront into town. The house was extremely comfortable and had everything we required. Beautiful outlook from the kitchen. A couple of things did go wrong - a number of lights and other outlets weren’t working when the first of our party arrived, the sump became blocked and the driveway started to flood after heavy rain on the first day and the dishwasher broke down - none of this was the hosts fault it was just unlucky, and Heather and the other property managers were extremely responsive to any issues and these were remedied as soon as possible. Overall this was a great place and we would love to stay again!

This is an awesome place! We stayed here with our three kids, and it's a great space both inside and outside. There lounge area is quite large, and as well as the kids rumpus room downstairs, it feels like there are lots of options of relaxing and playing without being in each other's space!
It is a very short walk down the road to Eely Point or Granny's Beach- both of which are great for swimming. A couple of minutes drive into town- it's a great location.
Heather was very accomodating, and very quick to respond when we had something come up during the stay.
In the words of my 8 year old "I loved playing free throw (game on the TV) and having a TV in my room!!"

The kids loved the converted garage room, especially when they found the Xbox!
A bathtub in the main bathroom was great for the younger kids.
Good heating options and even electric blankets on the beds.

A fantastic 5 night stay with our family of 5. Such a sunny and warm home that was exceptionally clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds which made for great nights sleep. Really excellent stay. Warm and comfortable for our group of 8. Upstairs with the gas fireplace was cosy, and kitchen was spacious. Electric blankets and heaters were very welcomed. Quick drive or walk to the centre of town, Wanaka Lake. Parking for two cars was no problem for a short drive to Cardrona and Treble Cone.

Loved staying here. House is in a fantastic location with amazing views of the mountains and just a quick walk by the lake to get into Wanaka town. House had everything we needed and is really comfortable and cosy, especially with the gas fire on upstairs in the kitchen/living area. Room enough for two families which was great for us.
