This property was lovely and ticked all the boxes for a large family. Great kitchen, lovely bedrooms and lounge and outdoor seating. The only disappointment was we had two days of power outages, one full day and the other on the wedding day which made it very difficult for all the family to get ready no showers, no drying hair, ironing dresses, lights in the property to do make up. The rental company did their best finding us a new location to get ready, thank you 🙏 but unfortunately it did not make our stay pleasurable. A refund of two days for the inconvenience I thought was not great as it was a family holiday and wedding and the power outage really did disappoint. Not the rental companies fault we understand. 😢

To help ease the disruption, we provided two complimentary nights at the property and also secured an additional complimentary night at alternative accommodation so your family had a suitable place to get ready on the wedding day. A stunning, spacious and very clean house perfect for our two families with kids. The location suited us very well: A quick 5 minute drive into town and 20 minute drive to the Cardrona turn off. The amenities were quality and luxurious (bathrooms and kitchens especially) and the entire place was very clean. Really well stocked with pantry basics and every we needed was there. We will be staying again!

We were skiing at Cardrona and the house was perfectly suited to getting there. It was spacious and lovely to relax in of an evening, only a couple of minutes drive into Wanaka. The rooms were well sized and set out, good bathrooms and kitchens. Would def stay again on our next trip.

We've stayed in the house 3- 4 times and have enjoyed it which is why we have had repeat stays. It is in a good location, well heated, and is a good size for our extended family or 4 adults and two children. The kitchen is well equipped and the kids enjoyed the DVDs. A good standard of accommodation.

Highly Recommend - Beautiful Peacefull Setting
Heritage Villa 12 offered the perfect setting for our Family Holiday. This was our first visit to Wanaka and it was a 10/10. Such a stunning part of NZ's paradise. The Hertitage Villa suited us perfectly as 2 x families as a upstairs/downstairs. The villa is in the middle of large landscaped grounds such a peaceful and quiet setting. This villa would be ideal if younger children as tennis court & large sand pit area is able to be seen from the front patio. We would happily recommend to all and hope to one day return.

The house was very comfortable and spacious and very clean and quiet from the road noise. The access was great and the beds and linen were lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots etc.

A lovely place to stay for four nights whilst visiting Wanaka. Very spacious and beautifully furnished rooms. Very quiet location and a short walk to Stoakers restaurant if you don't feel like cooking. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at this same house 1.5 years ago and truthfully were delighted that it was still available for this stay. We were a group of 6, 5 adults and one 8 year old. There is plenty of room in the house for this number of guests (room for even 2 more at least) and there were spaces for the young boy to hang out both with and without the adults. The beds are great. The kitchen is fantastic. We had 4 experienced cooks and all were quite happy with all that was provided for preparing and eating meals at home. We were even able to invite 2 friends for dinner and had plenty of room around the dining table. We came as part of a group of 1200 Buddhists who attended a large gathering at the activity center. It was an easy drive to and from the event, even so accessible that we were able to come home for lunch. There is absolutely nothing that needs to be different. It is the perfect home and from home.

This place has everything you need, and more! We had three little ones and there was plenty of space to run around outside. There's an in-built air-conditioning system, which helped on the hot Central Otago days and cooler nights.

This is a superb house with absolutely everything you could possibly need while away. It’s well situated a short drive from the town and right next to the Stoaker room restaurant for an easy meal option ( Make sure to book that in advance though as we missed out!) We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This home was a perfect location for our ski holiday. Just that wee bit closer to the mountain and yet so convenient to town for groceries, etc. The home is well laid out and the kitchen had plenty of basics available.

We recently stayed here as a group of eight, and it was exactly what we were looking for! The location is excellent, peaceful, and the property was wonderfully warm, which was much appreciated given the cooler weather. Each bedroom was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped for preparing family meals. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be returning, especially considering the fair price compared to other local options that aren’t as nice. Thank you for providing everything we needed for a perfect holiday!

Beautiful villa, great amenities
We loved the Heritage Village; it has everything you'd need for a great holiday - tennis court, sauna, gym, restaurant. Villa #12 is well equipped with trendy decor and is well set up for families. Rooms and bathrooms are modern, fresh, and clean. Loved the little outdoor area for BBQing and morning coffees. We'll definitely be back, thanks for a wonderful stay.

As a family, this house was perfect for us, the rooms set out was excellent, clean neat and tidy, having the extra toilet downstairs worked very well. we had our little grandchild so the supply of the porta cot and bedding was such a big help. It was Clean, neat and comfortable. Everything worked and we didn't want for anything. We would recommend this house to everyone. Thank you Heather
