Stunning views of the mountains in a luxurious modern home! Our family of 5 adults had plenty of room in this lovely house, beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Fittings and furnishings were all high quality and worked well. The upstairs living area has panoramic views of the mountains which photos just can’t capture but we tried! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property, it was easy to get to town, beautiful views. I was excited to get up and have my breakfast by the fire each morning. Very clean and it had everything you would need. About 20 plus mins to get to the bottom car park to catch the shuttle bus each day.

Nice contemporary home

We were lucky enough to spend 5 days of perfect weather just staring at that view. It was actually hard to head out and do things because it was just so lovely spending time in this house. We were a family of 5 including teenagers, and the floor plan worked perfectly, with space for everyone to spread out. Master bedroom is quite big and has space to chill a little if the kids are upstairs with the TV on. The fit out and appliances are all excellent quality and there is nothing you'll want for. Wanaka Holiday Homes staff were helpful and responsive. Our stay was just wonderful, thanks again to the staff and owners for providing access to such a great house.

Stunning Views, Great Location and Amenities
All around wonderful place to stay: unbeatable views of the mountains, location is perfect for travelers, beds were exceptionally comfortable, deck was relaxing and private, kitchen was state of the art but easy to use....and communications were timely and helpful. Simply terrific :)

Super stay!
We have been happy in this property and extended our stay twice. The admin team have been first class and answered our queries cheerfully and quickly. The house has a great view overlooking the lake, has AC (which you need when it gets hot) and heating. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything was clean and ready for use. Beds were very comfortable and Netflix works. Good internet speeds for those who need them. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was immaculate and beautifully put together with THE most incredible views of the mountains surrounding Wanaka and the lake.
The house is wonderfully set up with everything thought through to get you started for your stay and a very helpful guest info book.
It also has a lovely little garden for any little people to run around in.
Heather the host was incredibly helpful and super responsive.
We’d definitely stay again!

This is the best built AirBNB facility we ever stayed since we started using the services in 2017. The architecture and interior design are remarkable. The builder did not cut any corners in selecting materials and appliances. The house looks better than the the photos. There are many details and features that made our stay very comfortable and convenient. Everything was very clean. The neighborhood is peaceful, except the workers on construction site next door started to work before 7AM. The host is responsive and friendly. She quickly resolved our supply issues. There are center ACs on both levels, a rare thing in New Zealand. But the huge glass walls of the building invite the sun’s radiation quite effectively. We had to close the shade most of the times. Even though, the rooms can get hot during the day (27C) with two ACs on at full power. I wish the builder used better shades to block the sun. The kitchen is advanced. At this level, we wish to have few more pot/pan.

A beautiful new home in a really nice newly developing area of wanaka. We really enjoyed our time here and all the home has to offer. Very close to sticky forest mountain biking if you’re into that, and pretty close to town. Loved our stay!

Brand new, architecturally designed house - very modern, clean and functional. Good location about 5 minutes drive into town and easy access to bike trails. Very well equipped - smart TVs, electric blinds, even a fully automatic toilet! Good views of surrounding mountains and the lake. Recommended.

This is a very modern house in a new development a short drive out of the centre of the town. It is very well fitted out with appliances including coffee pod machine, remote controlled blinds and so forth. The beds are extremely comfortable with decent pillows. The laundry is excellent and the showers hot. All in all, this is a very comfortable house for a short stay. We enjoyed sitting in the all-glass living area on the top floor of the house and looking out to the mountains.
