Perfect stay for our family of 6 to explore the Wanaka & Queenstown area. Impeccably clean, well resourced and comfortable in a quiet suburban estate with the mighty Clutha River nearby. Recommend.

Lovely, clean and modern home. Stayed with 4 adults and 1 child comfortably. Even the 'starter' amenitites of cleaning products, toilet rolls etc lasted us the week we were there - fantastic!! Close driving distance to Wanaka town centre and various tourist spots, and The Lookout Lodge where we attended a wedding. Scenery is lovely, can't take a bad photo! Peaceful overall, minor road noise from the main estate road behind the house. Parking in the street can be squeezy as it is a residential neighbourhood and the estate streets are skinny, you will have trouble with more than two cars.

Group of 4 adults - a couple and 2 singles - stayed for 4 nights. It was ideal for us. Spacious new home in a quite neighbourhood within easy driving distance of downtown Wanaka. Local cafes and restaurants close by - Hello Ranger is a 5 minute walk and has the best egg and bacon roll I've ever had! Good coffee and scones as well. We didn't use the kitchen except to make tea and coffee so can't comment on the appliances. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer. We all liked the mattresses and pillows (subjective I know). Clear instructions thought the booking, check-in and check our processes. Definitely recommended as a place to stay in Wanaka.

Immaculate Property
The house had everything we needed & was immaculate. Could not fault anything in the house. It was extremely hot during our stay (30 degrees) so the aircon was a relief though the lounge does not seem to get any effect. The bedrooms are spacious & very comfy beds. The house is about 5 minutes from town so a car is necessary. It was quiet despite the closeness of the neighbours. Only minor thing was that the parking is busy in the street - just a design fault with the suburb. Everyone else was great. The property manager was also outstanding when I lost the key (sorry!). They answered the phone straight away & came to our rescue within 15 minutes. Great service! Highly recommends

Really enjoyed our recent stay here, the house is well located with a short drive into town and within walking distance to the Clutha river which is beautiful and great to walk along towards the lake. The house is modern and very comfortable with a nice open plan lounge/ dining area with lovely views. We had everything we needed for our stay and we really loved the area and all it has to offer.

We loved our stay. There was 6 of us and we all had plenty of space. The house was perfect for our needs and very well equipped with all you could need at home. Very comfortable and stylish with quality furniture bedding etc all in pristine condition.
I loved the location it was quiet and away from hustle and bustle about 7min drive into town centre. 500m walk to the river if you find the trails which are amazing just go and explore! Perfect mountain biking, running swimming in beautiful river!

Great new house. Everything brand new. We enjoyed the stay. The host personally dropped off heaters for us as we have young kids who need warmer room to sleep in. Would definitely recommend the host.

We are family 5 and stayed here for 10 days whilst skiing at Cardrona. The place was as described and modern. The location was convenient to drive to the slopes and town. The street was a quiet residential street and the off-road parking helped as it is a tight street with lots of residents cars parked on the street. The house was small and cosy and had everything you would need including a great fireplace with a lots of wood supplied. The showers were clean and modern and the under floor heating as well as the wall heaters were perfect. There's lots of wardrobe space and the garage area was perfect for all our snowboarding and ski gear. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the place and would stay again.

Pure luxury! What a great place to spend our time in wanaka! Amazing restaurant close by and peaceful neighbourhood. The house is clean and new with plenty of space for everyone. We all thoroughly enjoyed it.

This Bnb is absolutely stunning! The quiet, peaceful neighborhood combined with the warm, comfortable, clean, and modern interior made this the perfect holiday. The house is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, quality linens, and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The house was immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. Heathers place was beautiful and clean, still had new home feels. We were a bit concerned with the noise from construction mentioned in previous reviews but we did not hear any construction going on in the whole duration of our stay (6days). Embarrassingly we locked ourselves out one night and host was there in 10mins to let us in. Location was good but you’ll likely need to drive to most things, garage was handy as street parking is scarce.

Wanaka House
Fantastic house in Wanaka, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week we stayed there. A short dive into town and easy access to Cardrona for skiing! We will be back for sure. Thank you :)

Great place to stay in Wanaka - modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful views from the lounge/kitchen of the sun rising in the morning. Only small issue is that the houses on this estate are very close together so some noise from neighbours plus work still going on building neighbouring properties but don’t let that put you off an ideal base for this area.

The area and surroundings are peaceful and beautiful as it's a new one. However, not all properties have been finished construction, especially the opposite ones. So it can be noisy and dusty.
If you don't mind the early morning noise then the price is cheaper than average in Wanaka.
Before and while the stay, no response from host but only automatic reply with a clear long instructions list.
Information was given very clear, however it seems a bit like robot.
