Beautiful modern and very comfortable house with super modern kitchen and all facilities. Beds soft, shower hot - couldn't fault it in any way. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing week staying here - the house was perfectly appointed with the best kitchen I’ve had at an Airbnb! Walking distance to the lake, and the town, but peaceful and removed from the tourist crowds. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Such a beautiful house, very easy to feel relaxed and at home. Very comfortable beds and a hot powerful shower Approx 2.5 km walk into centre of town along the lake. Only thing we did not realise before booking was it is situated behind another house, view between both houses is obscured by some trees but worth noting.

We loved our stay here. A very well designed and fully equipped home. We skied at Cadrona so it was a lovely and cosy home to come back to each afternoon. We wished we had booked for longer!

Our stay at Noir North was both cosy and comfortable and we really enjoyed our time here. The home is located in a quiet and picturesque part of town surrounded by beautiful homes and not far from the lake. We appreciated the pretty mountain view that would greet us each morning. The home is amazing with very quality fittings and fixtures. There were heaps of amenities that made self catering for a family of four a breeze - helpful when going up the mountains most days. Had nice views of the hills and was an easy stroll to the lakefront. House was super clean, beds were comfortable and the home was very warm and cozy for winter. All in all, a fantastic stay!

A modern, warm, very comfortable home with all the amenities we needed. A decent walk into the centre of Wanaka but beautiful along the lake. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The place was awesome! Everything clean and new. Everything worked fine except maybe the dryer. Had to place some pieces of clothing in front of the fireplace a couple of times to fully dry them. There was a master control panel which made it easy to control the lights inside and outside. The fireplace warmed the entire livingroom, hall and kitchen. The central heating warmed the rooms. Everything we needed to cook and bake with can be found in the kitchen. The Belling hob and oven was super! Easy to use! The heated flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms was a definite plus! Wifi coverage also great! Would have loved to use the ample deck with seating but sadly winter temperatures did not allow that. Would definitely come back here again if we are ever back in NZ.

We had a luxurious 3 nights staying at the house. It was ideally located to explore Wanaka and the local points of interest. The lake itself is a 10 minute walk away, the town of Wanaka about a 5 minute drive. The house was well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. If you are looking to treat yourself with a premium feeling accommodation then this is perfect!

The house was very clean and in mint condition, where we felt comfortable and at home during our time in Wanaka. We were really happy with our stay here. It was really well appointed and had everything you could want and more. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, it’s nice that they leave things there for other guests to be utilised which helps when you forget things at the supermarket! There was also a hair straightener and some great games for the kids, a great touch. It was roomy and what a view to wake up to! Take a short walk down to Edgewater resort and have a walk around to see the famous Wanaka tree, it’s a stunning place. The pies at the local bakery in town were delish and the walks along the waterfront are a must do. It’s about a 5 min drive into town so great location and also walkable but there are a few hills.

We had a wonderful stay, the home is modern and very spacious considering the section size. Note the hirage fee for the portable cot and high chair is worth enquiring about before hand as it may be better to bring your own (although would not recommend hiring from Te Waānaka Lodge). Lastly communication was excellent and friendly. We had a lovely time thank you so much ☺️

The home was great. Our experience was good. It was unfortunate that we could not get a late checkout. The operator informed us that there were cleaners coming through straight after we left due to incoming tenants. We asked if there was a place we were able to store our luggage as we wanted to ski on our last day. The operator was not helpful with this in any way. The house was great, just the operator not very accomodating despite the contact messages of availability if there were any issue.

The house was lovely, and presented as shown in the pictures. Very quiet street, about a 7 minute walk to the lake. Great heating - underfloor and central - which was perfect for winter. Good space for three of us but would be fine if you had more people. Not much outdoor space but we didn't need that and although it was a split section (this property was the back section) it has been well planted so that it was private from the house at the front. A pleasant stay.
