Fantastic Airbnb in Wanaka - perfect for a family looking for a new, but cosy property in the fast developing Northlake area.
Super clear instructions and easy to find, with straightforward access to the property.
We stayed during autumn and the house can be quickly heated if need be.
Would stay here again without hesitation.

overall, beautiful home, nice quiet area, very responsive host, floors and surfaces were a little dusty on arrival, bathroom and bedding clean, not much in regards to pantry stables, free milk next time would have been an added bonus, pretty good value (I'm from Australia so everything here is over priced). overall really enjoyed the place

Lovely home...the photos don't do it justice! There were a lot of rules once we arrived at the property that weren't on the listing, some of which seemed excessive and could impact on the enjoyment for some guests. I think all the rules for the property should be made clear before booking.

Lovely and clean. Home away from home! Has everything you need for self catering and very comfortable and spacious for our family. Nothing although the automatic blinds were a bit frustrating to get working.

Fantastic clean,tidy and cosy place to stay for a long weekend, great location as it’s quiet and easy to get to but only 5 minutes drive to town center, or a stroll down the road to the cafe. Will be back.

Beautiful home. Handy yo have some pantry items there and lovely kitchen.

We had a great relaxing break away and have booked to stay again!
Everything was well thought out in terms of cooking utensils etc and everything you need on a self catering holiday. It was great having extra towels and the shampoo, body wash etc was great! The linen/bedding was lovely and clean, as was the house. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table! For some reason the air conditioning wasn’t as cool in the master bedroom as the other bedrooms so it was a bit hot sleeping at night but otherwise everything was great!

Overall quite a pleasant stay.
The location is deep inside a residential area so it takes a lot of turns to reach the house and likewise to get out of the residential area.
Asked for a toddler high chair and got quoted $150 for renting the high chair lmao. Yall gotta be crazy to be charging that amount for a high chair.
There were no niches in the bathrooms so you gotta put the shower gel and shampoo bottles on the floor. Not the most ideal setup.
Otherwise we had a good time with nice amenities and a decently clean house.

We manage several properties and hire the highchair and portable car from a hire company and this is the charge to have this product including fresh bedding delivered to the property. I will pass on your feedback regarding the shower needing some shelves to the homeowners. Thank you for the feedback.

Wonderful
This is a lovely comfortable and tastefully decorated new home that we enjoyed staying in. It is warm and sunny, and very well equipped. We love the crisp white linen and towels and how the kitchen was so well fitted out. The layout works really well with a second TV room too. The only thing is it would have been nice to have a double bed in third bedroom- even two singles pushed together would have worked and that might then be more useful for families with younger kids. Otherwise perfect!

We loved our stay here. The area is a new subdivision only about 8 mins drive from the centre of Wanaka, the house was practically brand new and the neighbourhood is very quiet. There is a cafe, skate park and pump track within walking distance and the town centre is super handy to drive to. The house is warm, cosy and comfortable, with lovely beds. It was all set up for skiing with the garage providing ski racks and boot driers alongside the ping-pong table which the kids loved. We'd definitely stay again.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! We have been lucky to be the first ones in that Airbnb. Everything was on point. Brand new. And really, there was nothing missing. And I mean NOTHING! The House is top notch and so are the neighbours. You feel like you live there and it’s so safe that you could leave the house open if you like.
There are constructions directly next door but we have been informed about it and it wasn’t loud and not really bothering. In the evening and morning it was so quiete as you would love alone in the mountains.
Thank you. We would definitely come back although you can’t see the lake from this area.
