We stayed for 5 nights, with a group of 6. The house was clean and comfortable, we used the bbq several times and the kitchen was well equipped for hosting and large and spacious. Really nice having an empty section behind the house so you get a view of the mountains and it catches the sun in the afternoons. The beds were super comfortable. Good value and would highly recommend.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway with a stunning backdrop to our week of relaxing . Everything we needed for our short stay was here, from bbq dinner in the courtyard to relaxing games in the living room. Not walking distance into Wanaka town but a very quick 7 min drive in by car as well as being closer to puzzling world, Pembroke patisserie and the lavender farm. Overall a great stay!

18 Obelisk was a great base for our family's snow adventure. It provided all the creature comforts that we needed to enjoy our holiday in Wanaka/Queenstown. We would definitely stay here again for our NZ ski trip in the future.

We loved staying at 18. Clean and tidy. A beautiful view every morning. A great reserve space just outside the dining room for the kids to run about. Such great cooking provisions. We loved the refillable provisions. The stock supplied was well received. Great to have a coffee plunger available.

We loved our stay!! The area was perfect for our family.. Daily scooter rides to the cafe for a coffee and play on the playground in the mornings, and then finding an epic pump track across the road from this house! 👌 Beautiful views and a great spot to drive into Wanaka when needed and drive to the mountains to play in the snow for the kids. We loved the quiet little community, would definitely stay again!!!

My family and I lived stay here! We wish it was our house! Clean and tidy when we arrived, nice quiet neighborhood. Heat pumps had been put on before we arrived, so it was lovely and warm when he came in from the cold! Instantly felt and home. The house everything we needed and we were sad to leave. We would most definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend it to others.

Lovely home in a nice quiet neighbourhood of Wanaka. It was the perfect place to come home to after skiing at Cardrona. Nice and close to the lavendar farm (fun scavenger hunt for the kids). And an easy walk to Hello Ranger for a coffee or meal, and local playground/skate park.

There's a wow factor when we arrived. The backyard has a good view of the mountains. There's a nearby park where my kids played. We walked around the neighbourhood and it was very peaceful and all around beautiful. The only thing we didn't like was it got hot in the afternoon and night and there's no air-conditioning or electric fans inside the bedrooms. We had to open the windows but the downside since there are no window screen, some bugs flew in.

New property built 2019. Lovely and warm house particularly after a day up on the mountain. Located in new subdivision of North Lake a 10 minute drive from the town centre. Local bar/restaurant called Monkey Farm provides a night of from cooking.

Overall we had a good stay at Obelisk Street. The property was warm and functional for our time in Wanaka. The house wasn’t cleaned on our arrival, had to leave and wait for property to be cleaned / beds to be changed.
