Incredible location with easy walking distance to town and the lake. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. House was a great size for our extended family of 5 and we would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for our family in peak holiday season. Brilliant location with easy walk into the village centre. Clean and tidy, with all of the facilities of a modern townhouse. The BBQ and outside deck area were well used!

Excellent house in a perfect location. A quick walk to the water front, straight to the kids playground and shorefront walking track. Easy access to town, easy parking and good driving location to surrounding activities. Fully furnished to allow self catering. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Generous supplies - soap, toilet paper etc. Had to make contact once with a very quick response.

Such a great location! Easily walkable to the beach and town if you're able. Super comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The driveway is small and the parking area is as well - I was concerned in the beginning that our Subaru Forester wouldn't fit but we made it work. The house was a bit smaller/less modern than the photos led me to believe, but the space is nice and clean and worked very well for us. Highly recommend!

10/10! perfect place to locate yourself in wānaka, easy walk or ride to the lake or into town. Super quiet and peaceful street and the house and gardens are perfect. We had our little 2 year old son stay and loved the garden so much! also the mountains peaking over the neighbours place is a wonderful sight to wake up to!

What a beautiful place to stay! With two adults and three teenagers, this residence was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The lounge was super comfortable and allowed us space to relax after our busy days in Wanaka. The garden area was just gorgeous! We swam in the lake most days- it was a super short 3 minute walk over! I’d definitely stay here again!

We are two families that holiday in Wanaka anually. This is the first house that we have stayed in that we wanted to book again. Close to town, house is spacious, kitchen i really well equipped and close to the lake for beautiful walks. Was a really warm house. Highly recommend. We'll be booking for our next Wanaka trip.

Awesome place to stay in wanaka. 2 min walk to lake and 5-10 min walk to township. Great house for families. Easy check in. Handy to know for families with baby needing portacot, there is a little area around behind master bed for portacot which frees up another room. Only slight negative because we love the sun was the large trees blocking most of the sun for the day. Wouldn’t be an issue in summer just limited sun in winter. Overall great place to stay and Heather was perfect host with great comms and easy check in :)

Spacious house within a few minutes walk to the lake. Small outside garden was nice for dinner in the summer. Great stay if you are travelling with kids, two sets on bunk beds in one room.

We found the house very comfortable and a lovely place to stay for two couples and two children. The location is perfect with easy access to the lake.

We found this accomodation to be exactly as described in the listing, and very central to town and the lake. Furnishings were comfortable as were the beds. Communication from the host was great and our early checkin was very much appreciated. One comment, it would have been great to have some beach towels that we could use when swimming at the lake, and a small Nespresso machine would be wonderful. We would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

Lovely house, lots of space, with all the requirements for your holiday. Both Cardrona and Treble Cone are 45 minutes drive to park next to the slopes. Easy walking distance to centre of Wanaka to enjoy all the restaurants, bars and shops. The house was well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed our stay in this great house.

We used this lovely property as a base when our daughter was getting married in Wanaka. It was such a great home to welcome family and friends and the kitchen was very well equipped for the amount of cooking and entertaining we had to do at this time. We had plenty of storage space for all the wedding preparation items and lots of wardroom room for the wedding outfits. With comfortable beds and plenty of bathroom space it was like a home-away from-home - perfect for our needs
