Great sized place for 3 couples, beautiful outside area with BBQ and nice big table. Rooms were good sizes, comfy beds. Great location easy walk into town and the water front. Nespresso machine but would have liked a plunger. Everything’s else was great!

We truly enjoyed our stay at TIME OUT in Wanaka!! Place was beautifully presented and was very homely. Nice touches throughout the house and there was a very thoughtful gift on the table on arrival - a bottle of wine! :) Beds were very comfortable and outdoor area was also neatly maintained with a beautiful mountain view. Heather was very helpful with everything we needed and very understanding. We certainly recommend it to our friends and would like to stay there again on our next trip to Wanaka. Thank you for everything :)

Great place to stay in Wanaka. We were a family party of 5 people (three older children) and everyone loved the house. My family and I just loved our stay at ‘Time Out’ in Wanaka. It was such a family friendly house and the views of the mountains from the kitchen, living area and bedrooms was so beautiful. We loved using the fireplace and it was so thoughtfully set up on our first day with kindling all ready to just light up. The yard was so fun to play in for our two young kids (2 and 5 years old) and the deck was such a beautiful place to eat and cook the BBQ. We were so relaxed there as the kids were always safe. It was an easy drive into town but too far to walk with young kids (which didn’t matter though). We didn’t want to leave and would love to come back again!

Access to wifi and Netflix was excellent. beds were snuggly and the reverse cycle air con was great too. kept the house toasty on the cold days and cooled us right down on the 27° day when the sun was powering throughout the back windows. washer and dryer In the garage with powder supplied made it even better with a place to wash all our clothes whilst travelling. highly reccomended staying here.

Great home for a family vacation. I had the best sleep on our month long trip, great beds! Property manager was very helpful, and we appreciated the gift of wine. Very clean and comfortable home. Close to town, highly recommend when staying in Wanaka.

This place is clean, stylish, well-equipped and well located. There is plenty of space in the house and a fantastic garden with a lovely view of the mountains. I highly recommend Time Out Wanaka!

Wonderful stay and stylish super clean home. Warm and cosy, the fireplace is a must have on a cold night! Great facilities with garage etc. Had everything we needed for a long relaxing week. Location is very quiet, 20min walk into Wanaka. Good communication and crispy linens!

Thank you Heather for providing such a beautifully appointed home for us to enjoy! We loved the comfy beds, luxurious sheets/towels, wine/coffee, cosy fire, internet & Netflix! The kids loved playing handball on the deck while we enjoyed views of the mountains! It was so comfortable!

This place is lovely - spacious, modern, tastefully appointed, very clean and tidy, in a great location close to the centre of Wanaka and with lovely mountain views - a very warm, comfortable and well equipped home. The information booklet at the house was very helpful and detailed. Great to have a garage and carport too. Would stay here again.

Gorgeous fireplace for the evenings and a Heatpump that warms the home quickly. Netflix was available for the evenings which the kids loved and the location was great. Really loved our stay and will be back for sure!!!
