Wonderful
A very comfortable place to spend a few nights in Wanaka. Was a 30 minute walk into town and very convenient for driving to other local attractions. The bedrooms were spacious and it was helpful to have one with an ensuite. There is a good sized garden with access from the lounge. If you had the full capacity of guests for the number of beds, you might struggle to all sit comfortably in the lounge.

Stayed at this 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom for 2 weeks. Access to keys was easy with key code. Master bedroom has en-suite walk-in wardrobe and own toilet/shower. 3 ways to access closed-in yard. Large garage plus carport and space for 2 cars up front. Nice bicycle access to town once you find our 2 favorite routes. Have fun!

I really enjoyed my time in Wanaka. The house was lovely and had so many amenities!! It was very close to my daughter's holiday house so we could easily go between houses. My granddaughters especially enjoyed their own room and bathroom (hair and makeup) and kept me company (lots of Christmas romcoms)!!! Family was visiting from Canada and it was wonderful to all be together but it was also great to have my own space. Thanks again for a lovely holiday.

Great sized place for 3 couples, beautiful outside area with BBQ and nice big table. Rooms were good sizes, comfy beds. Great location easy walk into town and the water front. Nespresso machine but would have liked a plunger. Everything’s else was great!

We truly enjoyed our stay at TIME OUT in Wanaka!! Place was beautifully presented and was very homely. Nice touches throughout the house and there was a very thoughtful gift on the table on arrival - a bottle of wine! :) Beds were very comfortable and outdoor area was also neatly maintained with a beautiful mountain view.
Heather was very helpful with everything we needed and very understanding.
We certainly recommend it to our friends and would like to stay there again on our next trip to Wanaka.

Great place to stay in Wanaka. We were a family party of 5 people (three older children) and everyone loved the house. It was very clean, there were a few handy things to get us started, and great communication and instructions from Heather.
The house is quite close to town (not quite close enough for us to walk in winter). It is a peaceful quiet neighbourhood.
All the rooms were made up very nicely with fresh clean linen and towels.
The wood fire was the icing on the cake. It was fantastic to have this ambiance and extra warmth (although the heat pump was easily up tot he job of keeping things warm). There was plenty of firewood and kindling, and the fire was easy to start and keep going.
I would highly recommend staying at Time Out.

I wonder if this review is for a different property? The fireplace is always there for guests to use and the sheets would never be wet. Plenty of space in the garage and there is a carport too.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a five-day stay at this property. The property was very spacious with a lovely back garden and peek-a-boo view of the lake and mountains. We took a few walks from the property through the wooded park into town in just under 15 minutes - location is great and in a nice neighborhood. Some highlights for us - very comfy beds and quality duvet covers, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, welcome bottle of local white wine!

My family and I just loved our stay at ‘Time Out’ in Wanaka. It was such a family friendly house and the views of the mountains from the kitchen, living area and bedrooms was so beautiful. We loved using the fireplace and it was so thoughtfully set up on our first day with kindling all ready to just light up. The yard was so fun to play in for our two young kids (2 and 5 years old) and the deck was such a beautiful place to eat and cook the BBQ. We were so relaxed there as the kids were always safe. It was an easy drive into town but too far to walk with young kids (which didn’t matter though). We didn’t want to leave and would love to come back again!

Fabulous property. Spotlessly clean!!!! It is such a lovely place, the garden is beautiful. We spent evenings out on the decking enjoying the mountain views. Great walk into town through the frisbee golf course! A little strenuous on the way back up though!!! Highly recommend Time Out to anyone visiting Wanaka.

Lovely place! beautiful natural lighting and styling. A little view of the mountains from 2/3 of the bedrooms and the lounge. Lovely grassed back yard and comfortable furniture. Access to wifi and Netflix was excellent.
beds were snuggly and the reverse cycle air con was great too. kept the house toasty on the cold days and cooled us right down on the 27° day when the sun was powering throughout the back windows.
washer and dryer In the garage with powder supplied made it even better with a place to wash all our clothes whilst travelling.
