Welcome to Tiro Nui (meaning “expansive view” in te reo Māori), a brand new, architecturally designed retreat set in the heart of Wanaka. With sweeping views over Lake Wanaka and the majestic mountains beyond, this modern sanctuary offers style, warmth, and an unbeatable central location.
This thoughtfully designed home spans two levels and features three spacious bedrooms: one king, one queen, and one flexible king that can be split into two long singles—perfect for families or groups of friends. Each bedroom is equipped with its own heater, and there’s a heat pump on both levels to ensure year-round comfort.
Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is a welcoming space flooded with natural light. Step out onto the balcony to soak in the ever-changing alpine views, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun dips behind the peaks.
Tiro Nui also features a full laundry for added convenience, and a secure garage for storing bikes, skis, or your vehicle—ideal for adventurers looking to make the most of everything Wanaka has to offer.

This stunning property has 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. There are 3 bedrooms in total:
Bedroom 1: King bed and ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 King singles. Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have a super king-sized bed upon request, with a fee applicable for this customization.

Best location in Wanaka! The lake, restaurants and shops were all walkable. This home is so beautiful and thoughtfully designed with the most serene views. There was construction next door but we couldn’t hear anything and it wasn’t disruptive at all. We have a 6 month old baby and she slept fine. The back patio is where we spent most of our time as we loved the view of the mountains and lake. The entire home is well laid out and designed and would be great for a family or a few friends hanging out.- Anonymous , Stayed

Gorgeous place , would definitely\nStay here again and absolutely loved it. It is brand new and so lovely , bright and clean. Views are way better than shown in the photos. Kitchen is really well equipped. Beds super comfortable. We stayed with our 4 year old, 2 year old and 10 month old- and it was very comfortable with kids ( though we did need to take care with the staircase. It’s a potential hazard for young kids but there is a sliding door at the top which closes off the living area and it was impossible for our young kids to open it which was great ). \nWith our young kids it was a 10 minute walk to the main area of town , and a very easy drive. This was a beautiful, spotless, modern home in a great location, conveniently located to the town center within a walkable distance. It was also accessible to nearby, outstanding hiking areas and fun lake activities like swimming and kayaking. The home was well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. It’s a newly decorated house with modern design and brand new furniture, this is the house we like the most during our trip in the South. Heather and her colleagues always respond to our requests in a timely manner! I was a bit worried at first when I book the house, since there’s no comments/feedback I can refer to, but it really surprised me when I stepped into the house and all my families raised a positive and high comments.
