A great location with an impressively well stocked kitchen. The house and its amenities were all wonderful, clean and exactly as described. We would love to come back to this accomodation in the future.

Spacious, well equipped and comfortable in a great location
Spacious, well equipped and comfortable house. Lovely outdoor area with the stream running past. Beds were comfortable. And great location just 10mins walk to the town centre. Parking is a little tight. Wouldn't want to have a large vehicle.

Beautiful accomodation. Quality bed linen on very comfortable beds. Great sized bedrooms and squeaky clean. Well equipped kitchen and walking distance to town so no need to take the car and try to find parking. Ducks were just adorable and spa was gorgeous on a cold day. Can’t wait to stay again.

We had a great stay here: modern, spotlessly clean & nicely decorated (loved the walk in wardrobe with the master bedroom!). Extremily well appointed kitchen. Whatever the house may lack with grand views, it makes up for with the calm tranquility of the babbling brook out the back, & it's feathered residents ready to welcome you! Hosts were responsive, efficient & warmly welcoming. The spa pool was perfectly clean & ready to go - a delicious 39 deg C! We'd happily stay here again.

What an absolute gem of a holiday home! We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful surroundings with a gorgeous clear stream, ducks and a spa in the backyard. Loved the amenities provided, including body wash and shampoo & conditioner - which were good brands I could actually use with sensitive skin! 56B Tenby Street worked out really well for us. All the facilities were well up to scratch and so was the property as a whole. Residual gripe was the teenage ducks from Bullock Creek wandering inside without being invited!

Perfect spot in Wanaka, close to everything. My kids loved playing in the stream just off the backyard and feeding the ducklings.

We had a great stay just a 10 minute walk to town. The hot tub was nice after a day snowboarding at Cardrona/treble cone. The back is very peaceful with a beautiful clean river flowing through it. The house is spacious and clean with plenty of heating and ameneties including a full kitchen that gives you the abiltiy to do a home cooked meal. I would not hesitate to stay here again and reccomend it to others. Thanks Heather.

Had a fabulous weeks stay in the apartment. Was big enough for five of us. The apartment was exceptionally well appointed and had all the amenities we needed. The setting was wonderful over looking the creek. We would recommend this place and would definitely stay again when we are in Wanaka.

Perfectly Formed
The property was really nicely fitted out and was perfectly formed for our family of 4. All the rooms were good sizes and it was quiet. The spa and table tennis table were nice distractions after a days skiing and exploring. We walked to town for dinner every night without complaint. Excellent comms from the managers and they were really proactive with fixing a minor issue. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay close to town.

Can relax even with little kids
Lovely experience for little ones (2 and 4) with resident ducks and hot jacuzzi before bed. Wanaka also has so much to offer - everything is a 5 min drive and fun for adults and kids. Or just stroll 10 mins from this property to feed the eels and ducks at the lakefront. Went in the winter and it was beautiful. Just have to wrap up. Bring slippers

A super cute cottage well equipped for a family holiday. We felt really cosy here. A nice quick walk to town and all the restaurants. It was so nice to come home from skiing to a yummy hot tub with a gorgeous outlook over the creek complete with an adventurous group of ducks. We loved it!
We only heard the construction one afternoon while we were there. The house next to us was under repairs. It was a beautiful setting in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved seeing the ducks every morning and made adequate use of the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the house was cozy. Relaxing by the fire in the living room with a beautiful backyard view was the best. It was so convenient to walk to town and the beach. There is a winery nearby. Great vaca!! Would stay there again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Heather’s place. The location is perfect so close to town and the lake. Very clean and stylish property with a BBQ and spa pool on the deck beside a nice wee stream. Highly recommend :-)

Visited in mid-Dec 2018. Quiet neighbourhood and it had a stream behind with ducks visiting all day which the kids loved. Town centre is within 10min walk on flat ground. Spa was warmed up and clean. The adjoining townhouse is undergoing renovation so do expect some noise in the day and the shared driveway may be blocked by the builder’s vehicle so would need to park on the street just outside the house which is free all day. According to the builder, works are expected to be completed in 6 months.

We had such a delightful stay here! Heather's place is truly tranquil, and the location is terrific. The little ducks in the stream even paid us a visit, which was a nice added surprise! We were able to walk everywhere in Wanaka from here - downtown, around the lake, or even to the nearby Mt. Iron hike that overlooks Wanaka. The house was very clean, and we loved the decorating. Communication was seamless with the host from the time of our booking through checkout.
