The property has three bedrooms, all of which have ensuites, making it an ideal option for families or groups of friends. Additionally, the second lounge is ideal as kids' hang out and can be converted into a fourth bedroom with two long single beds, which can zip together to form a king bed. Comfortably accommodating up to 8 people.
The main living and dining area is located on the upper level and opens out onto a balcony that offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with a large island bench and separate scullery, making it perfect for entertaining.
The stunning master bedroom is also located on the upper level and opens out onto the main balcony, offering beautiful mountain and lake views. The two guest bedrooms and second lounge/fourth bedroom are all located on the ground floor and open out onto a patio. The property also features a grassed area for children to play.
For those visiting Wanaka to ski, the property has a conveniently located drying room that can accommodate gloves, jackets, and snow pants. Additionally, the property is within easy walking distance of Wanaka's many restaurants and shops, making it easy to leave the car behind.

We had such a lovely stay! The house is stunning, kitchen very well equipped, comfortable beds, great heating, easy to walk into town. Whilst the view is more obstructed than what is shown in the images it is still beautiful and you are able to see the mountains. Overall impressed with spaciousness, comfort and high end chattels. We booked this property 12 months ago, predominantly for lake views and location to town, and were a little disappointed to learn of a 3 unit apartment block being erected in front (up to 6 months ago) obliterating the lake views, yet photos still haven't been updated to reflect this. So if you love to look at water, you don't see much now. Also no bathtub as specified in listing, wasn't ideal with an infant. We had an entire wet 4 days/nights so didn't see a lot of the mountains but I can imagine they would look impressive when conditions are better.- Anonymous , StayedThank you for your feedback. Wir haben hier vier Tage verbracht. Ursprünglich war geplant, dass wir zu zweit sind und für Heather war es kein Problem, dass ich kurzfristig noch meinen Neffen für zwei Tage ankündigte. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr modern, trotzdem ist es gemütlich und wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Heather sorgte auch für eine Erstausstattung im Bad, was wir als sehr hilfreich empfanden. Die Sonnenterrasse im 1. OG hat eingeschränkten Seeblick, aber die Berge rundherum sind beeindruckend. Wir können das Haus und Heather als Gastgeberin nur empfehlen.- Anonymous , Stayed
